Die freundliche Mitarbeiter
Es hatte mal geregnet und Wasser ist durch die Decke auf meinem Kopf getropft! Schimmel bzw Schimmelflecke. Badezimmer Fenster könnte man nicht aufmachen (zugeklebt). Meine Sachen die hingen, röchen nach eigene Tagen muffig!

„Super Personal und netter Hotelbesitzer !!
- das Personal war super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Tickets versorgt - die Lage war zwar im Rotlichtbezirk, war aber dennoch sehr zentral - Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt
- ab dem zweiten Tag hatten wir mini Kakerlaken und Ameisen , die zwar vom Personal so gut wie es ging beseitigt wurden, aber trotzdem jeden Tag wieder kamen. - kein mini Kühlschrank - die Matratze war durchgelegen, sprich die Sprungfedern kamen stark durch - trotz ruhiger Lage wurde man früh morgens von den Anwohnern/ Zimmer Nachbarn geweckt - Wasserhahn lies sich nicht drehen und war teilweise defekt

Hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, kostenloses Trinkwasser
Kakerlaken, die lediglich vom Personal mit InsektenSpray eingesprüht wurden. Ameisen in allen Ecken des Zimmers. Lage im Rotlichtviertel Singapurs. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Schimmelbefall im Bad. Undichte Toilette.

„Nightmare!
Nichts
Kakerlaken im Zimmer und im Bett , dreckiges kleines Zimmer, verschmutzte Bettlaken, kaputte Bettdecke, Schimmel im Bad, alter Kaugummi klebte an der Wand, das Fenster war nicht zu schließen. Personal/Chef meldete sich nicht wie vereinbart bei uns zwecks Beschwerdemanagement.
